Customer Requirements: Set up and establishment of new UK sales and marketing operations for a  US Software corporation

Gossmore Services: Gossmore assisted in setting up the new company and then set out to find premises.  Once the lease had been negotiated Gossmore project managed  the office fit out and IT infrastructure throughout. Gossmore was involved in negotiating with suppliers, setting up bank accounts, finance; office management; setting up a Sponsorship System with the Border Agency;  securing recruiters ; hiring ;registering for all taxes with HMRC and ensuring the subsidiary was compliant with all its legal obligations.

Outcome: Within 2 months a new company and offices had been set up and the new company was fully operational and bringing in revenues.
