GENNY CROUCH

Genny is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA); a  Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA); and a qualified Taxation Technician(ATT( Fellow)) and has an outstanding track record in corporate finance, including the role of an international Finance Director for a global IT company. With this experience, in 2000 she set up a business providing consultancy services across a wide range of industries and has successfully project managed UK and Irish relocations, set ups and ongoing implementation of expansion strategy for overseas-based corporates and SMEs. As well as running a consulting business she is also is a part time International Finance and HR Director for a US software company.

 JOHN RICHES

John has over 25 years experience in IT and consulting roles in the high technology sector and has had full responsibility to deliver projects that have included telecommunications and IT infrastructure, off-shoring, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, IT strategy and cost control. Prior to setting up his own business, John held the position of Vice President of IT for a global software company with responsibility for networking and internal support functions. During this time he managed the integration of technology for several companies acquired during expansion. His business focusses on creating and delivering IT strategy, infrastructure and cost control for both SMEs and corporates.
